RASA SONO`s 15 track instrumental album is a chill and sometimes little crazy journey, that has the ability to take you thru a stressful day and leaves you only with good vibes to go on for another day.

Head nod approved the carefully produced music of RASA SONO, who is a multi instrumentalist and longtime hiphop fan, functions, like the music of Dilla, Madlib or MF DOOM also without an emcee to rap over it.

Nevertheless RASA SONO is always looking out to collaborate with good emcees or singers.

Right now he is working on a project with Compton based artist Kuul Ade. First releases are expected to come out in the summer of 2017.

RASA SONO started out as a musician playing in different bands as a guitar and bassplayer, occasional he plays the drums for different breakdance crews on the streets in and around his hometown. He formed his own projects and bands early on and makes beats now for quite some time. His goal is to become a professional musician and producer working with major artists and promising newcomers to help them to achieve their goals and, of course, to make the best music that is possible.

He is also a dedicated music teacher and loves to bring the craft of musicianship to young talents.

The debut album functions here as a calling card to reach out to artists, fans and people in the industry, but it also can stand it´s own ground as a mature piece of hiphop art.

Currently he´s working on the next album (of course!), which will be a more experimental, heavy sample based, but nevertheless headnoddy piece of art, that plays thematically with cyborg technology and artificial intelligence. A release is expected around autumn 2017!
